To meet the requirements of California Health & Safety Code §§ 119400-119402, Millennium has established specific annual dollar limits on gifts, promotional materials, and items and activities provided to individual medical or healthcare professionals in California. We have included in this dollar limit the value of our promotional materials and any nominal office items that our sales representatives may provide, the value of any other educational materials provided by our medical affairs department, and any meals provided to healthcare professionals in connection with our business and educational discussions with those individuals. We have implemented processes for tracking our compliance with this dollar limit, and we intend to certify on an annual basis that we are in compliance with the dollar limit that we have set.
